سرپرست شیفت تولید | Shift Leader

شرح شغل:
سرشیفت مسئول مدیریت کارکنانی است که در خطوط تولید فعالیت می‌کنند. وی باید تیم را رهبری کند تا اهداف تعیین‌شده از جمله دستیابی به تولید (OEE و MTBF)، کیفیت و ایمنی در هر شیفت محقق شود. او باید 90٪ از زمان کاری خود را در سالن تولید (Shop Floor) سپری کند، ارتباط نزدیکی با کارکنان داشته باشد و تداوم جریان کار را متناسب با نیازها تضمین نماید. همچنین اطمینان حاصل می‌کند که تمامی استانداردهای تولید (سیستم یکپارچه کاری – IWS) رعایت شده و در عین حال محیط کاری مثبت و سازنده ایجاد و حفظ شود.

شرایط احراز:
مدرک کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد (ترجیحاً) در مهندسی صنایع، مهندسی برق یا مهندسی مکانیک
حداقل 2 سال سابقه سرپرستی در محیط‌های تولیدی
انعطاف‌پذیری برای کار در شیفت‌های چرخشی در محیطی پرشتاب
مهارت‌های رهبری شامل تصمیم‌گیری، ایجاد انگیزه و هدف‌گذاری
مهارت‌های ارتباطی و بین‌فردی عالی
تسلط مناسب بر روش‌های حل مسئله
مهارت در مدیریت و حل تعارض
توانایی ارائه راهنمایی و بازخورد به کارکنان در طول شیفت
فردی پرانرژی، خودانگیخته و نتیجه‌محور
آشنایی با شاخص‌های کلیدی عملکرد تولید (KPIs)
آشنایی با مفاهیم و ابزارهای بهبود مستمر
آشنایی با تولید ناب (Lean Manufacturing) یا TPM یا IWS
تسلط پایه (متوسط) به زبان انگلیسی

Job Description: The shift manager is responsible for managing employees who work in production lines. He/she must lead the team to achieve the set goals including achieving production (OEE and MTBF), quality and safety in each shift. He must spend 90% of his working time in the production hall (Shop Floor), have a close relationship with the employees and ensure the continuity of the work flow according to the needs. It also ensures that all production standards (Integrated Work System - IWS) are met while creating and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Eligibility Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferred) in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
At least 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing environments
Flexibility to work rotating shifts in a fast-paced environment
Leadership skills including decision making setting, motivating and goal-setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Adequate mastery of problem-solving methods
Skills in conflict management and resolution
Ability to provide guidance and feedback to employees during the shift
Energetic, self-motivated and result-oriented individual
Familiarity with key production performance indicators (KPIs)
Familiarity with continuous improvement concepts and tools
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or TPM or IWS
Basic (intermediate) proficiency in English
