کارشناس بازاریابی
شرایط احراز
• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در یکی از رشته‌های مدیریت بازاریابی، MBA، ارتباطات یا رشته‌های مرتبط
• حداقل 2 سال تجربه کاری مرتبط در حوزه بازاریابی سلامت یا بیمارستانی (تجربه در برندینگ بیمارستانی امتیاز ویژه محسوب می‌شود)
• مسلط بر مهارتهای ارتباطی و مذاکره با ذینفعان مختلف
• مسلط بر اجرای طرح های بازاریابی دیجیتال با تمرکز بر تحلیل داده کمپین‌های دیجیتال مارکتینگ (شبکه‌های اجتماعی، ایمیل مارکتینگ)
وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها
• تحلیل بازار، رقبا و رفتار مشتریان و توانایی تدوین استراتژی بازاریابی و فروش
• طراحی و اجرای برنامه‌های جامع بازاریابی (Marketing Plan)
• تهیه و ارائه گزارش‌های عملکردی و تحلیل‌های بازاریابی
• تولید محتوای جذاب و خلاقانه (متن، ویدیو، اینفوگرافیک) برای معرفی خدمات مرکز درمانی
• توانایی مدیریت و به‌روزرسانی صفحات اجتماعی مرکز درمانی (اینستاگرام، لینکدین و ...) ارتباط با مخاطبان و پاسخگویی به تماس‌ها، نظرات و پیام‌ها در پلتفرم‌های مختلف
• توانایی پشتیبانی از تیم در سازماندهی رویدادها و همایش‌های پزشکی

Eligibility requirements
• At least a bachelor's degree in one of the fields of marketing management, MBA, communication or related fields
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in the field of health or hospital marketing (experience in hospital branding is considered a special advantage)
• Proficient in communication skills and negotiation with various stakeholders
• Proficient in implementing digital marketing plans with a focus on data analysis of digital marketing campaigns (social networks, email) Marketing)
Duties and Responsibilities
• Analysis of the market, competitors and customer behavior and the ability to formulate marketing and sales strategies
• Design and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans (Marketing Plan)
• Preparation and presentation of performance reports and marketing analysis
• Production of attractive and creative content (text, video, infographics) to introduce the services of the treatment center
• Ability to manage and update the social pages of the treatment center (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), communicate with the audience and respond to Calls, comments and messages on different platforms
• Ability to support the team in organizing medical events and conferences
