کارشناس فروش | Sales Expert

شرکت تولیدی اروند چرخ، فعال در صنعت خودرو، به دنبال یک نماینده فروش متعهد و حرفه‌ای در تهران می‌گردد. این موقعیت نیازمند ایجاد و حفظ روابط با مشتریان، ارائه مشاوره‌های فنی و حمایت از تیم فروش برای دستیابی به اهداف شرکت است.

مسئولیت ها:
- شناسایی و جذب مشتریان جدید
- ارائه مشاوره و اطلاعات دقیق به مشتریان در خصوص محصولات
- تهیه و ارائه پیشنهادات فروش
- ارائه خدمات پس از فروش و پیگیری رضایت مشتریان
- همکاری با تیم‌های داخلی برای بهبود فرآیندها
- گزارش‌دهی به مدیران در خصوص عملکرد فروش و بازار

شایستگی ها:
- مهارت در استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای Excel, CRM و سیستم‌های ERP
- آشنایی با مشخصات فنی محصولات
- تسلط بر انگلیسی پایه برای ارتباطات تجاری
- توانایی کنترل عواطف و داشتن حوصله
- مهارت در ارائه و لحن گفتاری عالی
- گوش کردن فعال و دقت بالا
- توانایی کار منظم و با انضباط

- Identifying and attracting new customers
- Providing advice and detailed information to customers regarding products
- Preparing and presenting sales proposals
- Providing after-sales services and following up on customer satisfaction
- Cooperating with internal teams to improve processes
- Reporting to managers regarding sales and market performance
