Financial Controller (Investment Banking Expert)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning, modeling, and reporting for incubated ventures and the studio as a whole.
• Structure and evaluate venture financing strategies, including equity splits, SAFE notes, and convertible instruments.
• Advise on investment readiness, co-investment structures, and capital allocation across the portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with regional financial regulations (starting with Iran and expanding across MENA).
• Support investor relations with data-driven insights, valuation models, and cap table management.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong background in venture finance, accounting, or investment banking.
• Experience in startup or venture studio environments, preferably in MENA or Iran.
• Skilled in financial modeling, due diligence, and risk assessment.
• Strategic mindset with operational attention to detail.
