Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day brokerage operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and timely execution across all departments.
• Manage full project lifecycles, from planning and budgeting to implementation, monitoring, and delivery.
• Establish and enforce operational workflows, documentation standards, and cross-team communication protocols.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to define business priorities, KPIs, and growth objectives.
• Identify operational gaps and develop actionable strategies to improve performance and client satisfaction.
• Monitor process efficiency, resource allocation, and quality assurance within the operational ecosystem.

• Act as the bridge between Product, IT, Sales, Marketing, and Compliance teams to align goals and timelines.
• Ensure smooth execution of new product rollouts, system updates, and trading platform integrations.
• Coordinate with legal and financial departments to ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.

• Prepare regular progress reports and operational dashboards for executive review.
• Track KPIs and lead performance evaluations to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Implement data-driven decisions to enhance scalability, cost efficiency, and client experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project or operations management (preferably in FinTech, trading, or brokerage sectors).
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects.
• Excellent understanding of operational workflows within online brokerage or financial service environments.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Clickup.
• Proven track record of working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and technical teams.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in reporting and process optimization.
• Full professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

Preferred Experience

• Previous work experience in brokerage platforms, PSPs, or financial technology companies.
• Exposure to regulatory frameworks and compliance procedures.
• Certification in PMP, Agile, or Lean Management is an asset.
