مدیر طرح و برنامه | Program Plan Manager

شرح وظایف:
تدوین و به روزرسانی چشم انداز، ماموریت، ارزش ها و خط مشی
تدوین و ارزیابی استراتژی ها، اهداف و برنامه های کسب وکار سازمان
مدیریت فرآیندهای کسب وکار، تحلیل فرایندها، سیستم ها و بهره وری
تدوین، سازماندهی و کنترل برنامه و پروژه های در حال اجرا
نظارت بر فرآیند انبارش و کنترل موجودی و سفارشات مواد اولیه، محصول و قطعات
اجرای مدل تعالی سازمانی و تدوین اظهارنامه تعالی سازمانی و نظارت بر ممیزی های داخلی و خارجی استانداردها
تدوین روش های ارزیابی برای شناسایی ریسک ها، ارزیابی نقاط قوت و ضعف برنامه ها، کیفیت و عملکرد پروژه، کارکنان و مدیران پروژه
مشارکت در تدوین برنامه عملیاتی شرکت
تهیه و تدوین بودجه پیشنهادی سالیانه با مشارکت سایر واحدها
تدوین، استقرار و نظارت بر برای اجرا و کنترل فرآیندهای مرتبط
استانداردسازی شرکت از منظر کیفیت، رضایت ذینفعان، عملکرد و تعیین شاخص های کلیدی عملکرد بر اساس برنامه های مصوب
شرایط احراز:
حداقل 5 سال سابقه کار در صنعت خودرو
مدیریت ریسک و نیازمندی ها
تسلط به فرآیند تدوین استراتژی
مسلط به نرم افزارهای آفیس بویژه اکسل
دارای روابط عمومی بالا و توانایی برقراری ارتباط موثر
مدیریت تعارض، حل مساله و تصمیم گیری
درک عمیق و تسلط بر روش های رویکرد چابک (خصوصا Scrum) و همچنین کارتیمی
تجربه موثر در بکارگیری چارچوب OKR
مهارت در طراحی مکانیسم ها، مدیریت زمان، گزارش نویسی، ارایه قوی، مدیریت تعارضات
برخورداری از یادگیرندگی، خلاقیت و نواوری، تفکر سیستمی، نظم و پیگیری و نتیجه گرایی و منش حرفه ای

Duties: Compilation and updating of the vision, mission, values and policy Compilation and evaluation of strategies, goals and business plans of the organization Management of business processes, analysis of processes, systems and productivity Compilation, organization and control of the program and projects in progress Monitoring the storage process and controlling the inventory and orders of raw materials, products and parts Implementation of the organizational excellence model and formulation of the organizational excellence declaration and supervision on internal and external audits of standards
Development of assessment methods to identify risks, evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of programs, project quality and performance, employees and project managers
Participate in the development of the company's operational plan
Preparation and formulation of the proposed annual budget with the participation of other units
Development, establishment and supervision of the implementation and control of related processes
Standardization of the company from the perspective of quality, stakeholder satisfaction, performance and determination of key performance indicators based on plans Approved
Certification conditions:
At least 5 years of work experience in the automotive industry
Risk and requirements management
Mastery of the strategy development process
Proficient in office software, especially Excel
Having high public relations and the ability to communicate effectively
Conflict management, problem solving and decision making
Deep understanding and mastery of agile approach methods (especially Scrum) as well as Kartim
Effective experience in applying OKR framework
Skills in designing mechanisms, time management, report writing, strong presentation, conflict management
