BI Support Specialist

Job Description

·       Provide technical support for BI tools such as QlikView and Power BI.

·       Assist end-users with issues related to data access, report generation, and dashboard usage.

·       Monitor BI systems for performance, reliability, and data integrity.

·       Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to BI systems and data sources.

·       Collaborate with data and solution engineers to implement enhancements and updates to BI systems.

·       Conduct training sessions and create documentation to help end-users effectively utilize BI tools.

·       Maintain and enhance existing dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.

·       Provide training documentation, user guides and support to end-users on how to use the BI tools and dashboards effectively.

·       Collaboration with BI&A team and ability to support the team.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

-        2+ years of experience in a BI support role or similar position.

-        Understanding data analysis, data visualization, and BI best practices.

-        Experience with SQL and data querying.

-        Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or QlikView.

-        Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

-        Strong communication and interpersonal skills to assist end-users and work effectively with technical teams.

-        Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Preferred skills and experiences

-        Familiarity with Microsoft Excel

-        Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
