We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Test Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for testing our web-based products both manually and through API validation, ensuring that every feature behaves as intended and aligns with the design mockups.
Responsibilities:
- Create, maintain, and execute test plans and test cases for new features and existing functionalities
- Perform manual testing on various user flows across our web platform
- Conduct API testing, including verifying endpoints, methods, headers, status codes, and responses
- Validate implemented UI against Figma designs to ensure pixel-perfect accuracy
- Identify, document, and report bugs with clear reproduction steps
- Collaborate closely with developers and designers to understand requirements and ensure test coverage
- Provide regular test reports and actively participate in QA reviews and discussions
- Help maintain and evolve QA documentation and internal processes
Requirements:
- Proven experience in manual testing of web applications
- Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman or similar
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, HTTP protocols, and JSON
- Great attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing
- Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test scenarios
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and familiarity with Figma
- Good communication skills in both written and verbal English
- (Optional) Experience with test automation tools like Selenium or Cypress is a plus
