آشنایی تخصصی با مستندات فنی از جمله:
Batch Record
CPP / CCP
اسناد کنترل کیفیت (QC) و تضمین کیفیت (QA)
شناخت کامل قوانین و دستورالعملهای وزارت بهداشت و سازمان غذا و دارو در حوزه توزیع دارو
توان ارزیابی، تحلیل و تصمیمگیری فنی در فرآیندهای انبارداری و توزیع
دقت بالا، نظم، مسئولیتپذیری و توان نظارتی قوی
شرح وظایف
نظارت بر اجرای کلیه ضوابط، استانداردها و الزامات وزارت بهداشت در زنجیره تامین و توزیع
نظارت مستمر بر کیفیت، شرایط نگهداری، چیدمان و حملونقل دارو بر اساس GDP/GSP
تدوین، استقرار و بهروزرسانی SOPها در حوزههای:
کنترل دما و رطوبت
ایمنی و شرایط نگهداری
فرآیند ورود و خروج دارو
ضایعات، مرجوعیها و انهدام
نظارت بر انبارگردانی، کالیبراسیون تجهیزات و ارزیابی عملکرد انبارها
گزارشدهی موارد کمبود، مازاد، شکایات کیفی و مدیریت فرآیند Recall
همکاری با شرکتهای تولیدکننده و واردکننده و همچنین مراجع نظارتی در جهت حفظ انطباق و کیفیت
As a Technical Officer, you will play a key role in monitoring the health, quality and compliance of drug warehousing and distribution processes with legal requirements. This position requires a person who is accurate, responsible and fully proficient in the standards and guidelines of the field of medicine.
Eligibility Requirements
Having a professional Ph.D. degree in Pharmacy
Having a Pharmacist Medical System card
Complete mastery of GMP, GSP, GDP standards and the ability to establish, implement and monitor them
Expert familiarity with technical documentation including:
Batch Record
CPP / CCP
Quality control documents (QC) and quality assurance (QA)
Complete knowledge of the rules and guidelines of the Ministry of Health and the Food and Drug Organization in the field of drug distribution
Ability to evaluate, analyze and make technical decisions in storage and distribution processes
High accuracy, order, responsibility and strong supervisory ability
Duties
Supervision of the implementation of all the rules, standards and requirements of the Ministry of Health in the supply and distribution chain
Continuous supervision of the quality, storage conditions, arrangement and transportation of drugs based on GDP/GSP
Compilation, establishment and updating of SOPs in the fields of:
Temperature and humidity control
Safety and storage conditions
Drug entry and exit process
Waste, returns and destruction
Supervision of warehousing, equipment calibration and warehouse performance evaluation
Reporting of shortages, surpluses, quality complaints and recall process management
Cooperation with manufacturing and importing companies as well as references Monitoring to maintain compliance and quality
