About the Team
At Digikala Ads, we believe data is at the heart of building world-class e-commerce products. As a Product Data Analyst (Senior), you will be embedded in the Product team, working alongside Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and other Analysts. Together, you’ll explore customer behavior, uncover opportunities, and drive product decisions that directly impact millions of users in Iran.
This role is both strategic and hands-on: you will design and maintain key metrics, build predictive models, and provide actionable insights that improve user experience and business outcomes. Responsibilities
Own end-to-end data projects: from defi ning the problem, gathering and analyzing data, to delivering tested solutions.
Collaborate with Product Managers to translate product goals into measurable data requirements.
Build, monitor, and refi ne dashboards and KPIs to track product performance.
Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand customer journeys, behaviors, and product performance trends.
Identify and prioritize opportunities for data-driven improvements using advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning.
Deliver clear, actionable reports and present fi ndings to cross-functional stakeholders.
Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, simplifying complex data insights.
Qualifi cations
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related fi eld.
● Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, product analytics, or data science (experience in e-commerce is a strong plus).
Knowledge & Skills
● Strong profi ciency in Python for data analysis and visualization (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, etc.).
● Advanced SQL skills with experience in relational and NoSQL databases.
● Familiarity with big data technologies and software development practices.
● Solid grounding in statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and machine learning.
● Experience building dashboards and tracking metrics in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
