Responsibilities:
- Lead the product development process from concept through launch.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales.
- Develop product strategies and roadmaps in alignment with company goals.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, ensuring product quality and usability.
- Identify opportunities for product enhancements and new product ideas.
- Communicate product vision to stakeholders and ensure alignment.
- Manage the product lifecycle and ensure resources are allocated efficiently.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven experience as a product manager within the consumer goods industry.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with product development methodologies and tools.
