We are looking for a motivated and skilled Commercial Specialist to join our dynamic team and contribute to expanding our leisure tour offerings
Key Responsibilities
Analyze the tourism market to identify new business opportunities for leisure tours.
Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers such as hotels, transport providers, and guides.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and high-quality service delivery.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and commercial activities.
Manage customer communications and ensure excellent client satisfaction.
Enter and maintain accurate tour data.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in commercial or sales roles within the tourism industry, preferably in group tours.
Strong negotiation, contracting, and supplier management skills.
Good understanding of market analysis and tourism trends.
Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate across multiple teams.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
