Job Description:
Handling, supervising and controlling all payroll accounting operations, general accounting, warehouse, property, preparing and presenting financial statements, closing accounts and opening and closing documents, performance statements, value added and quarterly performance reports.
Preparing defense bills and participating in hearings at the Tax Affairs Organization, preparing and presenting financial reports correctly and on time.
Necessary coordination with other financial affairs units in the company and projects.
Qualification requirements:
At least eight years of work experience in all accounting issues of construction projects and contracting companies.
Proficient in Sepidar accounting software, especially accounting, contracting and payroll modules.
Complete mastery of the details of the Tax Affairs and Social Security Organization systems regarding sending lists, sales invoices, receiving notifications and uploading documents, registering and following up on requests and bills and objecting to issued rulings.
Proficient in the laws and directives of the Tax Affairs Organization, the Social Security Organization, labor law and relations between workers and employers.
Ability to refer to the Social Security Organization, the Treasury Department, contracting companies, and banks to follow up on matters.
Proficient in payroll tax software and List-Disk monthly insurance list preparation and sending software.
Proficient in Excel and Word software.
Well-groomed and appropriate to the company environment.
