متقاضیان با گذراندن مراحل گزینش، آموزش و آزمون کتبی استخدامی و با قبولی در آزمون و طی قرارداد رسمی مجوز حضور و عضویت در شرکت را به دست خواهند آورد و عضوی از خانواده ما (اندیشه موفق سپهر ایرانیان) خواهند شد. کارشناس فروش در معرفی محصول به بازار، شناسایی و جذب مشتری، مذاکره با مشتری و تبدیل مشتری بالقوه به مشتری بالفعل نقش کلیدی ایفا می‌نماید.

تسلط به اصول و فنون مذاکره و مهارت‌های ارتباطی کارشناس فروش نقش مهمی در جذب مشتریان و افزایش فروش محصولات دارد.

شرایط همکاری:

• مدیر مستقیم: شریک تجاری مدیرعامل.
• افراد زیرمجموعه: فعلاً ندارد.
• ساعت‌ها و روزهای کاری: شنبه تا چهارشنبه از 10 صبح تا 17؛ پنجشنبه‌ها، جمعه‌ها و تعطیلات رسمی تعطیل خواهد بود. 
• نیاز به سفر کاری: خیر.

پرداختی حقوقی:

• 17 میلیون در رده برنز.
• 21 میلیون در رده نقره.
• 26 میلیون در رده طلا.
