-Direct and control a team of accountancy staff providing full accounting services for a large operating center.
-Direct and control accountancy staff to ensure that they are appropriately trained and motivated and carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.
-Prepare monthly financial statements, including statements of operations, balance sheets, and other supporting statements in accordance with accounting standards.
-Act as the significant interface with auditors in the preparation of annual audits.Maintain and improve a centralized accounting system to ensure that accounts are effectively documented and managed.
-Prepare the year-end accounting and taxation reports to ensure that the company complies with legal and business requirements.

*Requirements:
-Bachelors degree in related fields.
-At least 6 years of experience in the same position (at least 3 years of supervisory experience).Familiar with accounting software.
-Detailed knowledge of relevant Iranian legislative/regulatory accounting protocols and guidelines.
-Expert and professional knowledge of core standard accounting protocols and procedures.Accuracy.
-Sound knowledge of Iranian tax, insurance, SSO, and banking systems.Advanced analysis skills.Supervisory skills.Good team worker.
-Well-developed computer skills.Good planning and organizing skills.
-Intermediate English skills.
-Minimum age: 35 years old.
