شرح وظایف
تدوین برنامه‌های تولید روزانه، هفتگی و ماهانه بر اساس سفارشات، ظرفیت تولید و موجودی مواد اولیه
هماهنگی با واحدهای کنترل کیفیت، انبار، تدارکات و فنی برای اجرای بدون وقفه برنامه تولید
پایش مستمر عملکرد خطوط تولید و ارائه گزارش‌های تحلیلی به مدیریت کارخانه
بررسی و به‌روزرسانی ظرفیت تولید با توجه به تغییرات در ماشین‌آلات، نیروی انسانی و الزامات GMP
مدیریت و کنترل موجودی مواد اولیه، بسته‌بندی و محصول نهایی با همکاری واحد انبار
همکاری در تهیه BOM (لیست مواد اولیه هر محصول) و زمان‌سنجی فرآیندهای تولید
مغایرت گیری موجودی انبار های مواد اولیه، اقلام بسته بندی و محصول
مهارت‌های مورد نیاز
تسلط بر نرم‌افزارهای برنامه‌ریزی مانند Excel پیشرفته، MSP یا ERP های مرتبط با صنعت دارویی
آشنایی کامل با الزامات GMP، ISO 9001 و سایر استانداردهای دارویی
توانایی تحلیل داده‌های تولید و ارائه راهکارهای بهبود بهره‌وری
تسلط بر نرم افزار راهکاران سیستم و اسناد انبار
شرایط احراز
حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در یکی از رشته‌های مهندسی صنایع، داروسازی یا مدیریت صنعتی
سابقه کار مرتبط حداقل 5 سال در برنامه‌ریزی تولید، ترجیحاً در صنعت داروسازی
آشنایی با فرآیندهای تولید دارو، کنترل کیفیت و الزامات قانونی سازمان غذا و دارو

Tasks Description
Developing daily, weekly and monthly production programs based on orders, production capacity and inventory of raw materials
Coordinate with quality control units, warehouses, logistics and technical to implement uninterrupted production plan
Continuous monitoring of production lines and presenting analytical reports to factory management
Investigating and updating production capacity due to changes in machinery, manpower and GMP requirements
Managing and controlling the inventory of raw materials, packaging and final product in collaboration with the warehouse unit
Collaborate on the preparation of BOM (list of raw materials for each product) and the timing of production processes
Contradictory inventory of raw material warehouses, packaging items and product
The required skills
Mastery of planning software such as advanced Excel, MSP or ERPs associated with the pharmaceutical industry
Full familiarity with GMP, ISO 9001 and other pharmaceutical standards
Ability to analyze production data and provide productivity improvement strategies
Mastery of System System and Warehouse Documents
Conditions
Minimum undergraduate degree in one of the fields of industrial engineering, pharmacy or industrial management
Related work experience at least 5 years in production planning, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
Introduction to drug production processes, quality control and legal requirements of the Food and Drug Administration
