We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to help shape the visual identity and user experience of these brands, with a strong focus on UI/UX, branding, graphic design, motion graphics, and digital content design, featuring a futuristic aesthetic and vision.
About the Role
As the Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in developing and executing creative design solutions across multiple digital platforms. You’ll work closely and collaboratively with the Digital Marketing Project Manager, who will provide all creative briefs, feedback, and direction. This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role that focuses on transforming strategic ideas into effective visual communication.
Your Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and visually engaging UI/UX for our websites (DelGate, it's here & Deskify)
- Create marketing and brand assets, including UI/UX design, web graphics, social media content, email creatives, sales demos, sales presentations, pitch decks, video edits, motion graphics, flyers, posters, brochures and packaging.
- Collaborate directly with the Digital Marketing Project Manager for brainstorming, planning, and execution of creative ideas
- Work from structured briefs and content outlines.
- Participate in regular feedback and review sessions, iterating on designs as needed
- Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all deliverables
- Use tools such as Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and AI-powered creative software to develop high-quality and modern visuals
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in design and user experience
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, including strong UI/UX work for web and digital platforms
- 5+ years of experience in motion graphics and video editing.
- Highly proficient in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop, and familiar with AI design tools.
- Highly proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop for motion graphics, compositing, and video editing.
- Skilled in colour correction, sound design, and video post-production workflows.
- Familiar with Cinema 4D or Blender for 3D motion design and integration with After Effects.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and visual storytelling principles.
- Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve for advanced colour grading and finishing.
- Experience with motion design plugins and scripts (e.g., Red Giant, Duik, Rubberhose, Mocha AE).
- Basic proficiency in audio editing software such as Adobe Audition or similar tools.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools for animation, design, or video enhancement.
- Experience with Figma or Adobe XD for UI motion design and prototyping.
- Experienced in designing for e-commerce and digital marketing environments
- Strong visual design and typographic skills with a sharp eye for detail
- Comfortable working with briefs and direction, while also contributing creative ideas during brainstorming
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Self-motivated and able to work efficiently with remote teams
Reporting Structure
- You will report directly to the Digital Marketing Project Manager, who will serve as your primary point of contact.
- You will work directly with the CEO for better results, especially for it's here application.
- All design briefs, content plans, creative direction, and reviews will be managed by the Digital Marketing Project Manager.
- You’ll work closely with them on brainstorming, feedback cycles, and aligning project goals.
