Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a creative mindset, ready to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and boost sales

- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments including sales, product development, and customer service to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the cosmetics or beauty industry)
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus
- Skills:Strong analytical skills, creative thinking, and proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
