We’re looking for a Senior Backend Developer to help scale our core platform and build reliable, high-performance services that power critical user journeys. You’ll own backend systems end-to-end and play a key role in shaping our architecture and engineering standards.
What you’ll do:

- Design and build scalable APIs and backend services using Python and Django.
- Own features from design to production, ensuring reliability and performance.
- Improve system resilience, security, and developer experience.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Frontend, Data, and Infra teams.
- Lead code reviews, mentor engineers, and drive technical best practices.
What you bring:
- 5+ years of backend experience with Python/Django or similar frameworks.
- Strong API design and relational database skills.
- Experience with async/background jobs (e.g., Celery, queues).
- Solid understanding of production systems: monitoring, debugging, performance.
- A quality mindset, strong communication, and leadership in technical decisions.
