Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with local and international agents.
- Expand the company’s network to meet current and future client demands.
- Ensure agents deliver high-quality service aligned with customer expectations.
- Manage and support a team of 5 network coordination staff.
- Act as a liaison between the network/operations team and internal clients (mainly the sales department).
- Monitor service delivery and proactively resolve issues or bottlenecks.
- Maintain frequent communication with global partners and handle negotiations.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities in the logistics and freight forwarding sector.
- Ensure smooth operations across shipping, transit, stuffing, and warehousing services.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or agent management.
- Strong leadership and people management skills (experience leading a team of 5 or more).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and public relations skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- In-depth knowledge of international logistics processes, including shipping, transit, stuffing, and warehousing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Experience working with internal stakeholders such as sales and operations teams.
- High level of responsibility, organization, and initiative.
