Job Description
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist with a focus on Sales Operations and content management. This role bridges Marketing and Sales by managing CRM data quality, ensuring timely follow-up on warm/cold leads, and providing clear visibility into pipeline health. Duties
- Qualify inbound leads through all funnels
- Review cold lead lists and categorize based on business potential
- Maintain accurate CRM data, lead tagging, and activity tracking
- Prepare weekly lead performance reports (conversion, rejection, inactivity)
- Support Sales in lead handoff, status updates, and pipeline flow
- Monitor stuck leads and initiate internal reminders or re-routing
- Analyze rejection reasons and provide structured feedback to Marketing
- Collaborate with the content team for follow-up campaigns
Requirements
- 1–2 years experience in lead generation, CRM handling, or sales support
- Comfortable with phone communication and follow-ups
- Familiarity with Excel or CRM tools
- Attention to detail and ability to work with structured data
- Team player who can work across Sales and Marketing
Preferred Competencies (Technical and Behavioral)
- Experience in B2B or SaaS is a strong plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant fields
