شرح وظایف:
تسلط به ضوابط سازمان غذا و دارو
توانایی در برقراری ارتباط موثر با سازمان غذا و دارو، سندیکا و ارگانهای مرتبط
تهیه و نظارت بر مندرجات artwork محصولات (سرچ از منابع معتبر، ترجمه و نگارش به زبان ساده)
اخذ مجوزهای لازم قبل و حین تهیه CTD محصولات از سازمان غذا و دارو
تهیه و ارائه مدارک مورد نیاز سازمان غذا و دارو، مستند سازی و آرشیو مکاتبات و مستندات مربوطه
اخذ مجوز الکترونیکی ترخیص کالا از گمرک
تهیه مجوز آزادسازی محصول و ارسال برای واحدهای مربوطه

شرایط احراز:
آشنا به نگارش CTD هم داخلی هم صادراتی
توانایی مستندسازی، تدوین، کنترل و آماده سازی مدارک
مسلط به قوانین و مقررات سازمان غذا و دارو
مهارت جستجوی اطلاعات دارویی از طریق منابع معتبر
مسلط به ثبت دارو و مواد اولیه
مسلط به TTAC و MS Office, Outlook, Chargone

Description of duties:
Mastery of the regulations of the Food and Drug Organization
Ability to communicate effectively with the Food and Drug Organization, syndicates and related bodies
Preparation and supervision of the artwork contents of products (searching from reliable sources, translation and writing in plain language)
Obtaining the necessary permits before and during the preparation of the CTD of products from the Food and Drug Organization
Preparing and presenting documents required by the Food and Drug Organization, documenting and archiving relevant correspondence and documents
Obtaining permission Electronic clearance of goods from customs
preparation of product release license and shipment for relevant units

certification conditions:
familiar with writing both domestic and export CTD
ability to document, compile, control and prepare documents
proficient in the laws and regulations of the Food and Drug Organization
skill to search pharmaceutical information through reliable sources
proficient in drug and raw materials registration
proficient in TTAC and MS Office, Outlook, Chargone
