About the role:
We’re looking for a software engineer who will play a challenging role in improving our current application as well as developing new services to address business requirements with full-stack technologies. You should be familiar with the stages of software development.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of complex web applications using frontend and backend technologies.
- Ensure the sharing of knowledge and efficient division of work.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software products.
- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest stable technologies and developments in technology and product-driven company.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
- Develop and maintain applications, proactively collaborate with team members.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in developing complex web applications using frontend and backend technologies, including React and Node.js.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to build responsive and interactive user interfaces.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and micro-services architecture to create scalable and efficient backend services.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and leading a team in a collaborative environment, ensuring efficient division of work and timely delivery of projects.
- Proficient in version control using GIT to manage the codebase efficiently.
- Expert understanding of database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL to design and manage data storage solutions.
- Familiarity with Docker and Linux to deploy and manage applications in containerized environments.
- Understanding of software architectural patterns and good design principles to ensure maintainable and scalable software solutions.
- Passion for learning and adapting to new tools and technologies, continuously expanding knowledge and experience.
- Experienced with Typescript.
- Familiarity with security principles (Identity, OAuth 2.0 etc)
- Familiarity with Automated testing tools like Mockito, JUnit, Selenium, Jest, etc.
- Familiar with CI/CD.
Desired Qualifications (Optional):
- Experience with Message brokers like Rabbit MQ or Apache Kafka.
- Exposure to some or all of these technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, ELK Stack, Redis.
- Familiar with PWA and its concepts (Service workers, App shell, etc).
- Familiar with web applications monitoring (Performance, Load Time, etc).
- Experience in analytics, monitoring, and error-tracking tools for a web application (Google Analytics, Sentry, etc).
- Familiarity with FCM (Firebase Cloud Messaging) and Socket.io for real-time communication in web applications.
- Test-driven development (TDD) experience to ensure robust and reliable code.

Location and Work Hours:
This is a full-time position based in our company office, located in Tehran, Iran. Work hours will be based on Tehran Timezone, from 8 (~9:30) AM to 5 (~6:30) PM, Saturday to Wednesday.
