We are seeking an aggressive and analytical Growth & Acquisition Manager to own the top of our funnel. In this role, your singular focus is New User Acquisition. You will be the engine that drives traffic, app installs, and new account openings. You will manage our paid and organic acquisition channels, optimize our media mix, and lower our CAC.
Note: Our Retention and Lifecycle teams are entirely separate. This allows you to focus 100% of your energy on market penetration, channel experimentation, and converting strangers into BluBank customers.
Responsibilities:
- lead and execute multi-channel acquisition strategies across paid media, SEO and organic growth, 360-degree acquisition Online & Offline campaigns, affiliate marketing, and referral programs.
- Own and continuously optimize key customer acquisition metrics, including CAC, conversion rates, and ROAS.
- Design, execute, and scale growth experiments, continuously iterating based on data and insights.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Lifecycle, and other Marketing teams to optimize the end-to-end customer journey and acquisition funnel.
- Manage acquisition budgets efficiently and accurately forecast growth outcomes.
- Analyze acquisition performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Identify new growth opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies to capitalize on them.
Qualifications:
- 4–6 years of experience in Performance marketing, acquisition,SEO or related roles, with proven success in scaling customer bases.
- Deep knowledge of paid media, organic growth strategies, and funnel management.
- Hands-on experience with key analytics, APP marketing, APP Stores and marketing platforms such as Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of digital product or service business models, preferably in B2C environments.
