Responsibilities:
Monitor the performance of customer acquisition activities and take timely actions to ensure target achievements.
Analyze and evaluate key metrics and KPIs across various acquisition channels.
Conduct A/B testing to derive actionable insights and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of campaigns.
Perform benchmarking to identify and explore potential new acquisition channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, content, and data to align acquisition efforts with overall marketing strategy.
Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making

Job Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in customer acquisition, performance marketing, or digital marketing roles.
Prior experience in a fast-paced environment such as tech companies, startups, or e-commerce platforms is preferred.
Proven track record of managing acquisition campaigns and optimizing performance based on data
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
