شرح شغل

طراحی و پیاده‌سازی متدولوژی اجایل
برنامه‌ریزی و مدیریت اسپرینت‌ها، جلسات Daily، Review و Retrospective
تسهیل ارتباط موثر بین اعضای تیم و حذف موانع همکاری
پشتیبانی عملیاتی از مدیر توسعه کسب و کار در اجرای پروژه‌های کلان سازمان
تجربه در پیاده‌سازی شاخص‌های کلیدی عملکرد (KPI) و چارچوب‌های OKR
تجربه در پیاده‌سازی بنچ مارک‌های معماری سازمانی


شرایط احراز

حداقل 2 سال سابقه فعالیت در نقش اسکرام مستر یا مشابه در تیم‌های چابک
آشنایی کامل با متدولوژی‌های Agile، Scrum و ابزارهای مرتبط (Jira، Trello، Notion و…)
تسلط مناسب به Excel (فرمول‌نویسی، Pivot Table، Power Query) و Power BI برای گزارش‌سازی مدیریتی
مهارت بالا در ارتباط بین‌فردی، مذاکره و مدیریت تیم
تجربه در پیاده‌سازی شاخص‌های کلیدی عملکرد (KPI) و چارچوب‌های OKR
تجربه در پیاده‌سازی بنچ مارک های معماری سازمانی
توانایی مدیریت چند پروژه به‌صورت موازی
نظم، مسئولیت‌پذیری، پیگیری بالا و قدرت مستندسازی دقیق
ترجیحاً دارای مدرک Scrum Master یا معادل آن (مانند PSM، CSM)
علاقه‌مندی به یادگیری و رشد در حوزه‌های مدیریت پروژه‌های داده‌محور و مشتری‌محور

Job description

Design and implementation of agile methodology
Planning and management of sprints, Daily, Review and Retrospective meetings
Facilitating effective communication between team members and removing barriers to cooperation
Operational support for the business development manager in the implementation of large organization projects
Experience in implementing key performance indicators (KPI) and frameworks OKR
Experience in implementing enterprise architecture benchmarks


Certification conditions

At least 2 years of experience in the role of Scrum Master or similar in agile teams
Full familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum and related tools (Jira, Trello, Notion, etc.)
Adequate mastery of Excel (formula writing, Pivot Table, Power Query) and Power BI for management reporting
High skill in interpersonal communication, negotiation and team management
Experience in implementing key performance indicators (KPI) and OKR frameworks
Experience in implementing enterprise architecture benchmarks
Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
Discipline, accountability, high follow-up and strong documentation skills
Preferably with a Scrum Master degree or equivalent (such as PSM, CSM)
Interested in learning and growing in the areas of data-oriented and customer-oriented project management
