شرح شغل و وظایف کارشناس بازرگانی دپارتمان تجهیزات صنعتی
توانمندی ها:
دارای مدرک تحصیلی کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد در رشته‌های مهندسی برق (قدرت یا ابزار دقیق)
حداقل 2 سال سابقه کار مرتبط
تسلط بر فرآیندهای مهندسی خرید (Technical Procurement)
توانایی مکاتبه و مذاکره
تسلط کافی به زبان انگلیسی
تسلط بر نرم افزار های Microsoft office (خصوصا Word ، Excel ، outlook)
آشنایی با سامانه ستاد
شرح وظایف:
تهیه پیشنهادهای فنی-مالی
تکمیل اسناد ارزیابی مناقصات و استعلامات
تکمیل ارزیابی ثبت در وندور لیست
بررسی فنی و بازرگانی استعلام‌ها و مستندسازی مشخصات فنی تجهیزات
مکاتبه و مذاکره با تامین‌کنندگان و سازندگان داخلی برای تامین تجهیزات
توانایی تهیه و دستگردانی مدارک پروژه

Job Description and Duties of Industrial Equipment Department Commercial Expert
Abilities:
Bachelor or Master Degree in Electrical Engineering (Power or Instrumentation)
At least 2 years related work experience
Mastery of technical procurement processes
Ability to correspond and negotiate
Sufficient command of English
Mastery of Microsoft office software (especially Word, Excel, Outlook)
Familiar with the system Headquarters
Description of duties:
Preparation of technical-financial proposals
Completion of evaluation documents for tenders and inquiries
Completion of evaluation of registration in the vendor list
Technical and commercial review of inquiries and documentation of technical specifications of equipment
Correspondence and negotiation with domestic suppliers and manufacturers for the supply of equipment
Ability to prepare and handle project documents
