The HR Generalist position in BimeBazar operations side is responsible for designing, managing and supporting various HR functions, including performance management, training and development, improving internal processes and .... .

The role involves collaborating with management and employees to ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures, while fostering a positive work environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Performance Management:
Designing performance management steps across operational teams, including KPIs, performance review models, feedback sessions and career paths based on performance.

Making sure of accurate PM implementation across teams

Providing guidance to managers and supervisors on addressing performance issues and implementing performance improvement plans.

  • Training and Development:
Assisting in identifying training needs and coordinating training sessions for supervisors and managers.

Supporting employee development initiatives and career growth opportunities.

  • Internal processes:
Identifying issues and bottle necks in internal processes like recruitment, promotions, exits and so on.

Designing and implementing ideal processes across teams.

  • Recruitment and onboarding:
Assisting with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, training, and ensuring all required documentation is completed.

  • Organizational support:
Collaborating with other HR team members and departments to implement HR projects and initiatives.

Contributing to the development and refinement of HR policies and procedures.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
