Here are the key accountabilities:
- Technical sales training for the teams under supervision
- Development of sense of teamwork and cooperation between employees
- Follow up the funds collected and deposited into Company Account by the distributors
- Pursue the status of products ordered by distributors in order to achieve company goals and objectives
- Follow up product sales in different sales channels
- Monitor the level of achievement of customer-coverage-goals for each product
- Monitor enforcement of monthly promotions by distributors
- Review the problems of the sales teams and distributors and take the necessary actions to solve the issues
- Visit markets and check the status of product availability in market; facilitate planning for making product available in target markets and occupying more space on the shelves
