We're seeking an experienced Lead Full-Stack Developer with a proven history of delivering complex, large-scale, and real-time projects. This remote position offers flexible working hours and opportunities to work on a variety of international projects.
If you are a versatile developer with strong critical thinking, creativity, problem-solving skills, and leadership abilities, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Skills and Experience Required:
- Full-Stack Development:
- Commercial experience with TypeScript, Node.js, Nest.js, Next.js, Redux, React Hooks, and React Classes.
- Expertise in using ESLint for TypeScript projects.
- Building and maintaining REST APIs and real-time systems using Socket.IO.
- Front-End and UI Implementation:
- Strong experience with SCSS, LESS, and TailwindCSS.
- Proven ability to implement pixel-perfect designs from Figma, ensuring extremely high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Database and Backend Systems:
- Commercial experience with PostgreSQL, TypeORM, Redis, and RabbitMQ.
- Design Systems:
- Hands-on experience working with Style Dictionary to implement and maintain scalable design systems.
- Tools and Infrastructure:
- In-depth knowledge of Git (version control) and Docker (containerization and deployments).
Leadership Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of developers throughout the design, development, testing, and debugging phases.
- Reviewing the output of the team to ensure all deliverables meet project quality standards.
- Maintaining project timelines, ensuring that deadlines are consistently met.
- Identifying and solving problems that go beyond individual assignments and providing strategic technical guidance to the team.
- Educating and mentoring peers on best practices, improving efficiency, code quality, and overall productivity.
- Communicating specifications and requirements clearly to the team, tracking progress, and actively managing the development lifecycle from planning to release.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with event-driven architecture and the CQRS pattern.
- Experience working with Canvas, PixiJS, sprite development, and Spine animations.
Language and Communication Requirements:
- High proficiency in English is essential, as all internal communication, project management, and documentation are conducted in English.
