*شرح شغل و وظایف:

• تعیین اولویت‌ها در امور فروش شعبه تحت مدیریت با توجه به درخواست‌ها و امکانات شرکت.
• بررسی درخواست‌ها و سفارشات و مطابقت آن‌ها با مقررات و ضوابط و اعلام نظر در مورد آن‌ها و هماهنگی جهت اصلاح آن‌ها.
• تنظیم برنامه‌های فروش بر اساس سیاست‌ها و اهداف شرکت در حدود اختیارات تفویض شده.
• بررسی وضعیت رقبا و گزارش نتایج به مدیریت به منظور رفع کمبودها و حذف تنگناها در راستای افزایش سهم در بازار فروش.
• کنترل و نظارت برکلیه مراحل فروش در شعبه تحت مدیریت و تنظیم و تکمیل اسناد مربوطه.
• ارائه راهکارها و برنامه‌های انگیزشی برای افزایش عملکرد کارکنان و متعاقباً افزایش فروش در شعبه تحت مدیریت.
• برنامه‌ریزی، سازماندهی، هدایت و کنترل چرخه عملیات فروش در شعبه تحت مدیریت.
• برقراری ارتباط نزدیک با سایر بخش‌ها از جمله مالی، بازاریابی و منابع انسانی.
• همکاری در تهیه بودجه فروش در شعبه تحت مدیریت نسبت به توان هر فروشگاه.
• به‌ کارگیری سیاست‌های انگیزشی فروش.
• همکاری در شناسایی فرصت‌های افزایش محصولات و افزایش فروش و سودآوری و تجزیه‌وتحلیل و ارائه طرح‌های اجرایی.
• پیش‌بینی فروش انواع محصولات در شعبه تحت مدیریت و ارائه برنامه ماهانه، فصلی و شش ماهه.
• شناسایی و تجزیه‌وتحلیل بازارهای جدید.برنامه‌ریزی برای جذب مشتریان جدید در شعبه تحت مدیریت.

*ساعت‌ و روزهای کاری:
شنبه تا چهارشنبه: 7:30 -:17:00 / پنجشنبه‌: 7:30 - 11:30.

Job description and duties:

Providing motivational solutions and programs to increase the performance of employees and subsequently increase sales in the branch under management. Planning, organizing, directing and controlling the cycle of sales operations in the branch under management. Establishing a close relationship with other departments including finance, marketing and human resources. Cooperation in preparing the sales budget in the branch under management according to the capacity of each store. Applying sales motivation policies. Cooperation in identifying opportunities increasing products and increasing sales and profitability and analyzing and presenting executive plans. Forecasting sales of all kinds of products in the branch under management and presenting monthly, quarterly and six-month plans. Identifying and analyzing new markets. Planning to attract new customers in the branch under management.
Working hours and days:
Saturday to Wednesday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM; Thursdays from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
