• توانایی اجرای کنترل‌های داخلی مالی.
• مهارت در ارزیابی ریسک‌های مالی.
• توانایی ارائه مشاوره‌های مالی به مدیریت.
• مهارت در استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای مدیریت مالی.
• آشنایی با اصول حسابداری و استانداردهای مالی.
• توانایی کار تیمی و همکاری با دیگر بخش‌ها.
• مهارت در مدیریت حساب‌ها و پیگیری پرداخت‌ها.
• آشنایی کامل به فرآیندهای حسابداری.
• توانایی تهیه و تنظیم لیست حقوق و دستمزد و ارسال لیست بیمه و مالیات حقوق.
• تسلط کامل به تهیه گزارشات ارزش افزوده و صورت معاملات 169 و سامانه مودیان.
• تسلط به Word و Excel و نرم‌افزارهای حسابداری.
• مهارت در تهیه گزارش‌های مالی.
• اخلاق حرفه‌ای بالا.
• آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای حسابداری.
• توانایی کار به صورت تیمی.
• توانایی انجام عملیات بانکی.
