گروه exon که از سال 2007 پیشرو در صنعت کالاهای مصرفی است، به دنبال یک مدیر اختصاصی hse برای پیوستن به تیم ما در تهران است. این نقش شامل توسعه، اجرا، و نظارت بر خط‌مشی‌های بهداشت، ایمنی و زیست‌محیطی (hse) برای اطمینان از انطباق و تقویت فرهنگ ایمنی در سازمان ما است.
مسئولیت‌ها:
- خط‌مشی‌ها و رویه‌های hse را توسعه داده و اجرا کنید که با استانداردها و مقررات صنعت همسو باشد.
- انجام بازرسی‌های ایمنی منظم و ممیزی‌ها برای شناسایی هر گونه اقدامات احتمالی خطر، توصیه می‌شود. تصادفات، یا نزدیک به مفقود شدن، و تهیه گزارش های جامع.
- آموزش و آموزش hse را به کارکنان برای افزایش آگاهی و پایبندی به شیوه های ایمنی ارائه دهید.
- هماهنگی با دولت و نهادهای نظارتی برای اطمینان از انطباق با قوانین بهداشت، ایمنی و محیط زیست.
- فرهنگ بهبود مستمر در عملکرد ایمنی و پایداری محیط زیست را تقویت کنید. برای ادغام ملاحظات hse در فرآیندهای عملیاتی.
مدرک تحصیلی:
- مدرک لیسانس در مهندسی (محیط زیست، بهداشت یا ایمنی).
- تجربه ثابت شده در نقش hse مشابه در یک صنعت کالاهای مصرفی یا fmcg.
- دانش قوی از مقررات hse و بهترین شیوه های ارتباطی.
- مهارت های ارتباطی عالی.
- مهارت های ارتباطی عالی. فعالانه و پیاده سازی راه حل های موثر.
- تسلط در ایمنی و شیوه های hse.

This role involves developing, implementing, and overseeing health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies to ensure compliance and foster a culture of safety within our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures that align with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead investigations for any incidents, accidents, or near misses, and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Provide HSE training and education to employees to enhance awareness and adherence to safety practices.
- Coordinate with government and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental laws.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement in safety performance and environmental sustainability.
- Manage emergency response planning and conduct drills to ensure preparedness.
- Collaborate with departments to integrate HSE considerations into operational processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Environmental, Health, or Safety).
- Proven experience in a similar HSE role within a consumer goods or FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to identify risks proactively and implement effective solutions.
- Fluency in HSE practices.
