بررسی اقلام دریافت‌شده و ارسال‌شده از نظر مطابقت با اسناد حمل (تعداد، نوع، و …)
تعامل با نهادهای صدور گواهینامه، شرکت‌های حمل‌ونقل و بیمه
تعامل با گمرک و کارگزاران گمرکی، تهیه بسته‌های اسنادی
اطمینان از تحویل کالا از حمل‌کنندگان به انبار
ارسال و حمل تجهیزات از انبار به محل پروژه/کارگاه
تهیه اسناد حمل برای شرکت‌های حمل‌ونقل مرتبط با جابجایی کالا
تهیه درخواست‌های پرداخت طبق قراردادهای منعقده، ارائه فاکتورها و سایر اسناد پرداختی از شرکت‌های حمل‌کننده جهت پذیرش
انجام امور حسابداری عملیاتی و کنترل حمل‌ونقل و جابجایی کالا
تهیه پیشنهادات و اسناد برای مطالبه خسارت از شرکت‌های حمل‌ونقل در صورت عدم رعایت شرایط قرارداد
ارتباط و مذاکره با تأمین‌کنندگان و پیمانکاران
تعیین نیاز به وسایل نقلیه برای حمل کالا مطابق با برنامه زمان‌بندی اجرای پروژه
ارائه به‌موقع درخواست تخصیص وسایل نقلیه بر اساس زمان‌بندی
تحلیل و ارزیابی پیمانکاران، بررسی قابلیت اطمینان و تحلیل ریسک
بررسی شرایط نگهداری و حمل کالا
هماهنگی عملیات لیفتینگ (باربرداری و جابجایی)

Conclusion and execution of contracts for transportation.  Material handling.  Checking accepted and issued valuables for compliance with shipping documents (quantity, assortment, etc.)  Interaction with certification bodies, freight forwarding and insurance organizations.  Interaction with customs authorities, customs brokers, preparation of document packages.  Ensuring the transfer of goods from carriers to the warehouse.  Dispatch and forwarding of equipment from the warehouse to the construction site.  Preparation of shipping document for transport companies involved in the transportation and movement of Goods.  Preparation of applications for payment under concluded contracts, presentation of invoices and other payment documents from carriers of Goods for acceptance.  Maintenance of operational accounting and control of the transportation and movement of Goods.  Preparation of proposals and documents for claims against carriers for failure to comply with the terms of concluded contracts for the transportation and movement of Goods. Liaising and negotiating with suppliers/contractors.  Determination of the need for vehicles for the transportation of Goods in accordance with the project implementation schedule.  Timely submission of applications for the allocation of vehicles in accordance with the schedule.  Analysis and qualification of contractors, assessment of reliability and risk analysis.  Conditions of storage and transportation issues.  Coordination of Lifting operations
