• Own the technical aspects of the application, including performance optimization and code quality
• Collaborate with product managers to shape and define requirements into actionable development tasks
• Write clean, modular, and scalable code, adhering to industry best practices
• Build APIs, manage data storage, and maintain application performance and uptime
• Implement responsive front-end components and integrate them seamlessly with back-end services
• Monitor, debug, and resolve production issues as needed
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong experience with PHP, with a deep understanding of its capabilities and ecosystem
• Practical experience with Laravel, using it to build and structure scalable back-end services
• A solid grasp of software design principles and clean code practices, with a passion for maintainable architecture
• Proficient with relational databases, especially MySQL, including writing optimized queries
• Working knowledge of React and TypeScript, capable of building and maintaining a functional UI
• A proactive, self-sufficient mindset with the ability to manage end-to-end delivery
• Strong communication skills, especially when working cross-functionally with product stakeholders
Nice to Have:
• Experience with containerized environments and CI/CD workflows
• Exposure to cloud-native development patterns, with some familiarity in deploying and monitoring services in a Kubernetes environment
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and production diagnostics
• Enthusiasm for improving developer experience and tooling
