We are looking for a highly skilled and data-driven Content Marketing Data Analyst to create meaningful dashboards, reports, and data analyses that enhance our ECRM, monetization, marketing automation, and SEO strategies. This role will play a key part in leveraging data to optimize performance across various platforms, including Blogs, Video Shopping, Live Commerce, and social media channels.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive dashboards and reporting frameworks to support ECRM, marketing automation, and SEO strategies.
• Perform in-depth data analyses to provide insights on content performance, user engagement, and marketing effectiveness across first-party (e.g., Blogs, Video Shopping, Live Commerce) and third-party platforms (e.g., social media).
• Collaborate with ECRM, SEO and Product teams to analyze user behaviors and trends, driving data-backed decisions.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns based on KPIs related to customer engagement, retention, and conversion rates.
• Integrate data from various sources to generate actionable insights that contribute to improving the effectiveness of our monetization strategies.
• Analyze the performance of automated marketing activities and content strategies, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data to inform ongoing content and marketing strategy improvements.
• Create hypotheses and run A/B tests to validate ideas and optimize campaign performance.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all platforms and systems.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, content marketing, or a related role.
• Proficiency with data visualization and analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, Looker Studio).
• Strong understanding of ECRM, marketing automation platforms, and SEO principles.
• Experience working with first-party and third-party platforms, such as Blogs, Live Commerce, Video Shopping, and social media.
• Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization techniques.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into actionable insights for cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of data analytics best practices and ability to work with large datasets.
• Familiarity with marketing platforms and automation tools, such as InTrack, WebEngage, or other CRM systems.
• Creative problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of SQL for advanced data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with web scraping tools and techniques to gather data from various platforms.
• Experience in monetization and marketing automation strategies.
• Prior experience in digital content industries such as e-commerce, video platforms, or live streaming.
