شرح شغل:

• همکاری با مدیرعامل و مدیران ارشد در برنامه‌ریزی استراتژیک فروش.
• بررسی و تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها و اطلاعات مربوط به فروش سازمان.
• ارائه گزارشات فروش به مدیرعامل.
• مدیریت روابط با مشتریان، نمایندگان پخش و سایر ذی‌نفعان سازمان.
• نظارت بر بودجه‌بندی و کنترل هزینه‌های فروش سازمان.
• شناسایی فرصت‌های جدید برای توسعه فروش سازمان.
• ارتقای کیفیت و بهبود عملکرد فرآیندهای عملیاتی فروش سازمان.
• تحلیل رقبا و محیط کسب و کار، فروش و ارائه راهکارهای مناسب.
• بررسی قراردادهای فی‌مابین نمایندگان و شرکت.
• توسعه روابط و همکاری با شرکای تجاری و شرکت‌های پخش سراسر کشور.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به فروش صنعت آرایشی بهداشتی.
• حداقل هفت سال سابقه مدیریت فروش در حوزه آرایشی و بهداشتی.

Job Description:

Management of Relations with Customers, Broadcasting Representatives and other organization's beneficiaries. Consideration of budgeting and control of sales costs. Suitable Solutions. Contracts between Representatives and Company. Developing Relations and Cooperation with Business Partners and Broadcasting Companies Nationwide.
Conditions:
Fluid to sell the cosmetics industry. At least seven years of sales management experience in the field of cosmetics.
