At Wallex, we are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, budgeting, and performance management across the organization. This role is a strategic business partner to senior leadership and cross-functional teams, responsible for driving financial insight, discipline, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical expertise with leadership, communication, and a deep understanding of business drivers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and own the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across the organization
- Provide strategic financial insights through analysis of performance, variances, trends, and key business drivers
- Act as a trusted finance partner to senior stakeholders across Product, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to support strategic initiatives and resource allocation decisions
- Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models, dashboards, and performance metrics to support business planning and decision-making
- Prepare and present executive-level management reports, KPIs, and board-ready presentations
- Monitor revenue, cost structures, and profitability across business lines, identifying improvement opportunities
- Lead scenario analysis, sensitivity modeling, and risk assessment to support strategic planning and investment decisions
- Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, reporting quality, data governance, and financial systems
- Mentor and guide junior FP&A team members (if applicable), fostering strong analytical and business partnering capabilities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certifications such as CFA/CPA are a plus)
- 6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or strategic finance, including experience in a business partnering or leadership role
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel (Power BI or other BI tools is a strong advantage)
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for senior and non-financial stakeholders
- Deep understanding of budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and financial planning frameworks
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail, strong problem-solving mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
