Responsibilities:
Perform tasks related to troubleshooting, tracking reported problems and bugs
High ability to communicate between teams to track reported errors until they are completely resolved
Good ability in problem Troubleshooting
Preparing reports and documents related to recorded incidents
Familiarity with the project control tool (like Jira)
Ability to read and review logs to find the source of reported problems
Strong Self-study skills
Report writing and incident recording skills
Problem solving skills
Interested in teamwork and group work
This position has on-call conditions of 7*24*365
Familiarity with the following concepts is considered a job advantage:
