Senior Business & Product Data Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business and Product Data Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team. In this role, you will work closely with C-level executives, product managers, and cross-functional leaders to translate data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making, product performance, and business growth.

You will be responsible for analyzing complex business and product data, identifying opportunities and risks, and providing clear, data-backed recommendations that influence both short-term actions and long-term strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth business and product analyses to identify key problems, opportunities, risks, and optimization areas.
• Translate complex data findings into clear insights, recommendations, and actionable plans for senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate closely with C-level executives, product managers, and business stakeholders to understand strategic goals and align analytics initiatives accordingly.
• Define, document, and validate business and analytical requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with stakeholder expectations.
• Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to monitor business and product KPIs.
• Perform proactive and exploratory analyses on internal and external data sources to uncover trends, patterns, opportunities, and potential issues.
• Support data-driven decision-making by providing ad-hoc analyses, deep dives, and scenario-based insights when required.
• Partner with data engineering and technical teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and availability.
• Continuously improve analytical methodologies, tools, and reporting standards.

Requirments:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Data Analyst, or similar analytical role in a data-driven environment.
• Practical experience with data-related tools, e.g. SQL, Power BI, SSAS, Python.
• Problem-solving skills to find innovative and smart solutions for new challenges.
• Teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge and skills of descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analyses and related tools and methods.
• Capacity to prioritize and work across multiple projects.
• Excellent presentation skills.
