Position: Senior Graphic Designer

Qualifications:
- 6+ years of professional design experience, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency environment.
- Proven track record of leading design projects from concept to execution.
Technical Skills
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, and animation is a strong advantage.
- Experience using AI-powered design tools.
Professional Skills
- Ability to design across multiple formats: digital ads, social media, websites, landing pages, email campaigns, presentations, and brand identity.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative range, branding projects, and digital marketing assets.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Experience mentoring junior designers and providing constructive feedback.
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies, user behavior, and conversion-focused design.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams (marketing, copywriting, developers, etc.).
