مدیر نگهداری و تعمیرات | Maintenance & Repair Manager

شرایط احراز:
مدرک تحصیلی: کارشناسی/ کارشناسی ارشد
رشته تحصیلی: ترجیحاً مهندسی صنایع، مهندسی مکانیک و مهندسی برق
تجربه مرتبط: 10 سال سابقه مدیریتی در شرکت های تولیدی (ترجیحاً صنایع معدنی)
بازه سنی: 35 تا 55 سال
توانایی کار به صورت اضافه کاری و ماموریت های دوره ای در صورت نیاز

شرح مسئولیت‌ها:
برنامه‌ریزی و استقرار سیستم نگهداری و تعمیرات، تحلیل و بهبود مستمر جهت کاهش توقفات برنامه‌ریزی ‌نشده خطوط تولید، تجهیزات و ماشین آلات
نظارت بر عملکرد فنی کارشناسان نت کارخانه ها و تضمین انجام صحیح فعالیت‌های نگهداری و تعمیرات کارخانه ها
نظارت، کنترل و سازماندهی مستندات و مدارک مربوط به ماشین‌آلات
نظارت بر صحت عملکرد ابزاردقیق و نشانگر ها به جهت ارسال اطلاعات دقیق ماشین‌آلات
نظارت آنلاین بر عملکرد ماشین‌آلات و کنترل بازرسی های فنی ماشین‌آلات جهت آماده سازی دستگاه‌ها و خطوط تولید
برنامه ریزی و اجرای تعمیرات پیشگیرانه به منظور کاهش نیاز به اجرای تعمیرات اضطراری
برگزاری جلسات دوره ای بررسی عملکرد فنی و تحلیل داده ها با هدف جلوگیری از تکرار توقفات و خرابی ها

مهارت ها و شایستگی های مورد نیاز:
تسلط بر نرم‌افزارهای نگهداری و تعمیرات و اتوماسیون اداری
توانایی تحلیل داده ها، شناسایی نقاط بحرانی و ارائه راهکارهای اصلاحی
توانمندی بالا در تصمیم‌گیری مبتنی بر شاخص‌های عملکردی
توانایی رهبری تیم‌های عملیاتی و بین‌واحدی
توانایی ارتباط موثر با واحدهای سازمان از جمله کارخانه‌ها و معادن، پیمانکاران و ارگان های مرتبط

Requirements:
Educational degree: Bachelor/Master
Field of study: preferably industrial engineering, mechanical engineering and electrical engineering
Related experience: 10 years of management experience in manufacturing companies (preferably mining industries)
Age range: 35 to 55 years
Ability to work overtime and periodic missions if needed

Description of responsibilities:
Planning and establishing the maintenance and repair system Continuous analysis and improvement to reduce unplanned stoppages of production lines, equipment and machines
Supervise the technical performance of factory net experts and ensure the correct performance of factory maintenance and repair activities
Supervise, control and organize documents and documents related to machines
Supervise the correctness of the performance of precision instruments and indicators in order to send detailed information of machines
Online supervision of the performance of machines and control of technical inspections of machines to prepare devices and production lines
Plan and execute repairs Preventive in order to reduce the need for emergency repairs
Holding periodic meetings to review technical performance and data analysis with the aim of preventing repetition of stops and breakdowns
