شرح شغل:

• طراحی و تدوین مشاغل و پست‌های سازمانی.
• طراحی و تدوین مشاغل با هدف غنی‌سازی مشاغل.
• تهیه و تدوین شرح وظایف واحدها و مشاغل سازمانی.
• طراحی و تدوین مسیر پیشرفت شغلی و جاب روتیشن.
• طراحی و پیاده‌سازی ساختار سازمانی (چارت سازمانی).

شرایط احراز:

• مهارت در مذاکره.
• مهارت در نرم‌افزار اکسل.
• آشنایی با طراحی چارت سازمانی.
• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در رشته‌های مهندسی صنایع یا مدیریت منابع انسانی. 
• حداقل یک سال تجربه مرتبط (ترجیحاً صنعت غذایی) در واحد توسعه سازمان، معماری سازمانی یا فرآیندها و روش‌ها.

Organizational design and implementation
Minimum Bachelor of Engineering of Industrial Engineering or Human Resources
At least one year of relevant experience (preferably food industry) in organization development unit, organizational architecture or processes and methods
