Here are the key accountabilities:

• Process payroll accurately and timely, including taxes, deductions, and benefits.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including licenses, certifications, and personal information.
• Manage employee transfers, promotions, and terminations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare and submit required reports to government agencies.
• Generate reports on workforce analytics, compensation, and benefits.
• Participate in HR projects, such as compensation planning, benefits optimization, and workforce planning.

Requirements:

• Experience with HRIS systems
• Expertise in payroll processing, tax calculations, and benefits administration
• Advanced in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint,Word)
• Experience in maintaining accurate employee records
