Senior Business Insight Specialist

The Senior Business Insight Specialist plays a critical role in transforming data into meaningful strategic insights that guide business decisions. This role is responsible for monitoring key performance indicators, analyzing trends, identifying risks or opportunities early, and partnering with leadership to ensure data-driven decision-making across the organization. The specialist combines strong analytical skills with business acumen, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset to deliver clear, actionable insights that influence strategy and operational performance.

Responsibilities:

• Continuously monitor business KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Provide timely alerts, insights, and explanations regarding deviations, risks, or emerging opportunities.
• Develop early-warning systems to help leadership respond proactively.
• Use statistical methods to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business insights.
• Conduct root-cause analyses to support business problem-solving.
• Maintain a strong analytical mindset and continuously improve analytical processes.
• Work closely with management and business unit leaders to understand priorities and identify key analytical needs.
• Partner with stakeholders to define business questions and deliver insight-driven solutions.
• Rank and prioritize requests based on business impact and urgency.
• Design and build dashboards, charts, and data visualizations that support decision-making.
• Present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ensure visualization outputs follow best practices in clarity, accuracy, and user experience.
• Learn and apply advanced analytical tools, data platforms, and statistical techniques.
• Support the improvement of analytical frameworks and methodologies across the team.
• Contribute to documentation, best practices, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, Economics, Business, MBA, or related field.
• Prior experience in data analysis, business analysis, or BI roles is an advantage.
• Strong foundation in statistics and proficiency with analytical tools (e.g., Excel, statistical software).
• Ability to evaluate data critically and derive meaningful insights.
• Strong business acumen and general understanding of business, data, and marketing principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex findings for non-technical audiences.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various levels of management.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
