شرح شغل:

• نظارت بر رعایت قوانین و مقررات.
• نظارت بر انجام بازرسی‌های دوره‌ای و غیر دوره‌ای برای ارزیابی عملکرد واحدها و شناسایی نقاط ضعف و قوت.
• شناسایی ریسک‌های احتمالی در فرآیندها و عملیات سازمان و پیشنهاد راهکارهایی برای کاهش و مدیریت آن‌ها.
• تهیه گزارش‌های بازرسی.
• ارائه راهکارها و پیشنهادات عملی برای بهبود فرآیندها.
• آموزش و ارتقای کارکنان.

شرایط احراز:

• آشنایی با نرم‌افزار راهکاران و اکسل.
• تجربه کاری مرتبط در بازرسی و نظارت در صنعت خرده‌فروشی.
• توانایی تحلیل داده‌ها و ارائه گزارش‌های دقیق.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی قوی برای تعامل موثر با کارکنان و تیم مدیریت.

Behrouz Nik Company is looking for an experienced sales inspection manager who has the ability to lead and improve inspection processes and monitor sales performance

Responsibilities:
1- Monitoring compliance with laws and regulations 2- Supervising periodic and non-periodic inspections to evaluate the performance of units and identify weak and strong points 3- Identifying possible risks in the organization's processes and operations and proposing solutions to reduce and manage them 4- Preparing reports inspections
5- providing solutions and Practical suggestions for improving processes
6- Training and promotion of employees

Competencies:
- Familiarity with software solutions and Excel
- Related work experience in inspection and supervision in the retail industry

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees and management team
