Senior Product Designer

About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who can take full ownership of the product design process — from discovery to delivery. You’ll be responsible for turning complex problems into simple, beautiful, and functional experiences.
As part of a lean, fast-paced venture studio, you’ll collaborate closely with founders, product managers, and developers to bring new digital products to life — whether it’s a mobile app, web platform, or internal tool.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the end-to-end design process — from research and concept ideation to prototyping and high-fidelity UI design.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to deeply understand user needs and validate design decisions.
• Translate insights into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that communicate design intent effectively.
• Design scalable design systems and maintain consistent UX/UI patterns across products.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless handoff and implementation of designs.
• Continuously improve products based on feedback, analytics, and performance metrics.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and UX best practices to keep our products modern and user-friendly.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in product design, ideally in tech startups or digital product teams.
• Proven experience designing end-to-end digital products (mobile apps and/or web platforms).
• Strong expertise in UX research, wireframing, prototyping, and UI design.
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems and component-based design.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and defend design decisions clearly.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in agile environments.
• A portfolio that showcases your process and results — from research and ideation to final polished designs.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with basic front-end concepts (HTML/CSS/JS) for better communication with developers.
• Ability to create micro-interactions or motion design to enhance user experience.
