• Lead code reviews, ensuring high standards of code quality and maintainability.
• Assist in the career development of team members through coaching and training.
• Mentor and guide both junior and mid-level developers.
• Take a leading role in planning and executing projects.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standard
• Address the most complex technical challenges and propose innovative solutions.
• Drive the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
• Advocate for and implement performance optimizations and scalability improvements.
If you have the following capabilities, we can work together sooner:
• Mastery of C# and extensive experience with the .NET ecosystem.
• In-depth knowledge of asynchronous programming, multi-threading, and performance optimization.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
• Understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of network protocols and non-blocking IO
• Strong understanding of DDD, CQRS
• Ability to design scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems with Optimizing database performance, ensuring data consistency and integrity
• Strong Experience with microservices architecture, distributed systems, event driven architecture, Message brokers
• Advanced knowledge of database management, performance tuning, and complex queries.
• Experience with NoSQL databases and other data storage solutions.
