مدیر پروژه EPC | EPC Project Manager

مدیر پروژه EPC مسئول برنامه‌ریزی، هدایت و کنترل کلیه فعالیت‌های پروژه از مرحله دریافت سفارش تا تحویل نهایی کالا و خدمات در حوزه‌های ابزاردقیق، برق، مکانیک و HSE می‌باشد. این جایگاه مستقیماً به مدیرعامل گزارش داده و مسئول تحقق اهداف پروژه در چهارچوب زمان، هزینه، کیفیت و الزامات قراردادی است.

این نقش نیازمند تسلط همزمان بر فرآیندهای EPC، تامین تجهیزات، کنترل پروژه، مدیریت ذی‌نفعان، هماهنگی بین واحدهای فروش، مهندسی، بازرگانی و مالی و ارتباط مستقیم با کارفرما و تامین‌کنندگان داخلی و خارجی است.

وظایف اصلی:
راهبری کامل چرخه عمر پروژه از Kick-off تا تحویل نهایی
تهیه و کنترل برنامه زمان‌بندی پروژه (Project Schedule)
مدیریت Scope، زمان، هزینه و کیفیت پروژه
هماهنگی بین تیم‌های فروش مهندسی، تامین، مالی و HSE
مدیریت ارتباط با کارفرما و پاسخگویی به مکاتبات و Clarification ها
نظارت بر انتخاب Vendor و پیگیری سفارشات خارجی و داخلی
کنترل پیشرفت تامین تجهیزات (Manufacturing / Inspection / Shipment)
مدیریت جلسات پیشرفت پروژه و ارائه گزارش به مدیرعامل
شناسایی ریسک‌های پروژه و تعریف اقدامات اصلاحی
نظارت بر اجرای FAT / SAT و فرآیند تحویل
کنترل تغییرات قرارداد (Variation / Change Order)
پایش هزینه‌های پروژه و هماهنگی با مدیر مالی
مدیریت مستندات پروژه (Vendor Docs, MDR, ITP, IRN و …)
تضمین انطباق پروژه با الزامات فنی و قراردادی

شرایط احراز
مدرک کارشناسی یا بالاتر در مهندسی (ابزاردقیق، برق، مکانیک یا صنایع)
حداقل 7 سال سابقه مرتبط در پروژه‌های صنعتی یا EPC
تجربه مستقیم مدیریت پروژه‌های تامین تجهیزات
تسلط به اصول کنترل پروژه
توانایی مدیریت چند پروژه همزمان
تسلط نسبی به زبان انگلیسی فنی و مکاتبات پروژه‌ای
مهارت قوی در ارتباطات، مذاکره و تصمیم‌گیری
توانایی گزارش‌دهی مستقیم به مدیرعامل

آشنایی نسبی با موارد زیر الزامی است:
تجهیزات ابزاردقیق، برق صنعتی، مکانیک و HSE
فرآیندهای EPC و تامین پروژه‌ای
برنامه‌ریزی پروژه (Primavera / MS Project مزیت محسوب می‌شود)
مدیریت Vendor و بازرسی‌های TPI
فرآیند حمل، ترخیص و تحویل کالا
ساختار مالی پروژه‌ها و ارتباط با واحد مالی
مدیریت قراردادهای صنعتی

مزیت محسوب می‌شود:
سابقه کار در پروژه‌های نفت، گاز یا پتروشیمی
تجربه مدیریت تامین خارجی
آشنایی با استانداردهای صنعتی و مدارک مهندسی
گواهی PMP یا مشابه

The EPC project manager is responsible for planning, directing and controlling all project activities from the stage of receiving the order to the final delivery of goods and services in the fields of precision instruments, electricity, mechanics and HSE. This position reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for achieving project goals within time, cost, quality, and contractual requirements.

This role requires simultaneous mastery of EPC processes, equipment supply, project control, stakeholder management, coordination between sales, engineering, commercial and financial units and direct communication with the client and internal and external suppliers.

Main duties:
Complete management of the project life cycle from Kick-off to final delivery
Preparation and control of the project schedule (Project Schedule)
Scope, time, cost and quality project management
Coordinating between engineering, supply, finance and HSE sales teams
Managing communication with the employer and responding to correspondence and clarifications
Monitoring vendor selection and tracking foreign and domestic orders
Controlling the progress of equipment supply (Manufacturing / Inspection / Shipment)
Managing project progress meetings and reporting to the CEO
Identify project risks and define corrective measures
Oversee FAT / SAT implementation and delivery process
Contract change control (Variation / Change Order)
Project cost monitoring and coordination with the financial manager
Project documentation management (Vendor Docs, MDR, ITP, IRN, etc.)
Ensuring project compliance with technical and contractual requirements

Qualification requirements (Persian)
Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering (precision instruments, electrical, mechanical or industrial)
At least 7 years of relevant experience in industrial or EPC projects
Direct experience in managing equipment supply projects
Mastery of project control principles
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Relative proficiency in technical English and project correspondence
Strong communication, negotiation and decision-making skills
Ability to report directly to the CEO

Familiarity with the following is required:
Instrumentation equipment, industrial electricity, mechanics and HSE
EPC processes and project procurement
Project planning (Primavera / MS Project is an advantage)
Vendor management and TPI inspections
The process of transportation, clearance and delivery of goods
The financial structure of the projects and the relationship with the financial unit
Management of industrial contracts

It is an advantage:
Work experience in oil, gas or petrochemical projects
External supply management experience
Familiarity with industrial standards and engineering documents
PMP certification or equivalent
