عارضه‌یابی فروش و ارائه راهکارهای بهبود
مدیریت عملیاتی

ارزیابی عملکرد شعب در مقایسه با تحقق استانداردهای تعریف شده
شناسایی مشکلات و تشخیص مسائل مرتبط با عملیات شعب و اجرای برنامه‌های بهبود
امور بازرسی و فروشگاهی

بررسی نمرات و شاخص‌های بازرسی منطقه؛
عارضه‌یابی مسائل مرتبط با بازرسی
طراحی برنامه‌های بهبود گزارش‌ها بازرسی
طراحی برنامه‌های بهبود استانداردهای منطقه
بررسی و نظارت بر تمام مسائل و چالش‌های فروشگاهی
نظارت بر عملکرد دپارتمان توسعه شعب و تجهیز

بازدید از املاک: امکان‌سنجی املاک به لحاظ پتانسیل فروش
اخذ تایید مالی پرداخت از دپارتمان مالی ستاد مرکزی
نظارت مستقیم در موارد تجهیز شعب در برخی موارد مهم مانند Redesign

Operational management

Evaluating branch performance compared to the fulfillment of defined standards
Identifying problems and diagnosing issues related to branch operations and Implementation of improvement programs
Inspection and store affairs

Review of district inspection scores and indicators;
Troubleshooting issues related to inspection
Designing improvement plans for inspection reports
Designing improvement plans for district standards
Reviewing and monitoring all store issues and challenges
Monitoring the performance of the branch development and equipment department

Visiting properties: Feasibility of properties in terms of sales potential
Financial approval of payment from Financial Department of the Central Headquarters
